Project Coordinator & Applied Research ExpertHAW Hamburg is one of Germany’s largest universities of applied sciences, renowned for its strong EU project portfolio and leadership in sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation.
Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg) is the coordinator of the LED Education project. The university is responsible for overall project management, coordination among consortium partners, quality assurance, progress monitoring and risk management throughout the 36-month project.

Curriculum & Digital Pedagogy LeadEstonia’s leading public research university (~6,800 degree students, ~14,000 continuing learners), ranked among the region’s top in education research.
Tallinn University contributes its expertise in educational research, framework development and project evaluation. The university leads the development of educational methodologies, assessment approaches and tutor preparation, supporting the evidence-based implementation of the LED Education model.

Digital Literacy & AI Education SpecialistAixedu OY leads the development and assessment of the project Digital Literacy Programme. The organisation develops age-appropriate digital-literacy learning materials, supports their implementation during the pilot phase and contributes to programme assessment and continuous improvement.

Infrastructure & Pilot Implementation LeadSIA ElizaBuild leads the establishment and operation of the pilot learning environment in Riga. The organisation is responsible for pilot implementation, student tutoring and assessment activities, dissemination and communication, and the maintenance of the project website.
Their team includes tutors with expertise in time management and local education challenges, ensuring the model is responsive to the realities of the Latvian context.
