Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany)
Project Coordinator & Applied Research ExpertHAW Hamburg is one of Germany’s largest universities of applied sciences, with extensive experience in applied research, innovation and European cooperation projects.
HAW Hamburg coordinates the LED Education project and is responsible for overall project management, consortium coordination, quality assurance, progress monitoring and risk management throughout the 36-month project.

Educational Research & Framework DevelopmentTallinn University contributes expertise in educational research, learning-environment design, digital pedagogy and evaluation.
The university leads research on educational methodologies and contributes to the development, evaluation and refinement of the LED Education framework, assessment approaches and tutor preparation.

Pilot Implementation & Learning Environment LeadSIA ElizaBuild leads the establishment and operation of the LED Education pilot learning environment in Riga.
The organisation is responsible for pilot implementation, learner support and tutoring activities, operation and maintenance of the learning environment, dissemination and communication activities, and maintenance of the project website.
AIEDU OY (Finland)
Digital Literacy & AI Education SpecialistAIEDU OY leads the development and assessment of the LED Education Digital Literacy Programme.
The organisation develops age-appropriate digital-literacy learning materials, supports implementation during the pilot phase and contributes to programme assessment, adjustment and continuous improvement.
