On 9 October 2026, LED Hub learners take part in an educational excursion to Bauska, combining history, culture, creativity and informal learning.

The programme includes a visit to Rabbit Town, interactive Renaissance-style activities at Bauska Castle, a creative caramel-making workshop and a guided visit to the Motor Museum.

Learning outside the usual environment gives students an opportunity to explore new topics together, practise communication and teamwork, and connect academic knowledge with real places and experiences.

The excursion forms part of the LED Hub autumn programme and supports the project’s broader focus on active, learner-centred education.
